Concern for the natural environment
We consider it our duty to make production processes neutral for the environment. To this end, we have introduced the system of selective collection of manufacturing waste which is then diverted to recycling. The central extraction of manufacturing waste eliminates dust emission into the atmosphere and, in addition, makes it possible to recover heated air, thereby saving energy. The Company was given the "Ecoleader" and "Fair Play Enterprise" awards in recognition of its commitment to environmental protection.
Investments in personnel
Investing in the staff at Szynaka-Meble is much more than simply making sure that each employee has a comfortable and safe workplace. We increase the human capital of our workers by paying for their participation in trainings, seminars and sector symposiums and also by sending them to graduate and post-graduate courses. In order to maintain good relation with workers and their families, our Company organises regular integration meetings (e.g. domestic and international trips, carnival parties, excursions for the workers' children on the International children's Day). The responsible personnel policy has been recognised by such awards as, among others, "The Reliable Employer" and a number of awards presented by the State Agency for Work Inspection.

Charitable activity is an integral part of our Company's cooperation with the communities in which our Customers and Workers live. We have been acting for many years to improve the access to culture for the residents of the Lubawa commune by providing support for the local cultural centre. Besides, the Company is the main sponsor of the Szynaka Motor Lubawa.
